“Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass…it’s about learning to dance in the rain.”

Vivian Greene

According to sports psychologist, Jim Fannin, the last 30 minutes of every waking day is recorded and replayed that night by our subconscious minds between 15-17 times.  This replay occurs about 5 times more that any other thought at any other time so it is important to go to bed thinking positive thoughts!  If you go to bed thinking like a champion, you will likely wake up with that attitude.

So tonight before you go to bed, celebrate your successes of the day.

  • the one great thing;
  • the one great conversation, or  accomplishment that you are proud of;
  •  identify the one person you helped most today; or
  • the one thing that made you smile.

Focus on your successes and you’ll wake up tomorrow ready to create more success.

Motivational message.
