Share the Big NewsAnother new early childhood resource is available from the Texas Early Learning Council, so please share the big news!! In previous blogs, I told you about the new Infant, Toddler and Three-Year-Old Early Learning Guidelines that were released earlier this year. I also told you about the campaign to promote early learning in Texas. NOW, the Texas Early Learning Council has produced a new alignment document that relates to these other resources!

This new resource, entitled Texas’ Early Learning Pathways, aligns the Infant, Toddler, and Three-Year-Old Early Learning Guidelines with the Texas Pre-kindergarten Guidelines! In aligning these two resources, a continuum of child development from birth to age 5 is now available. Additionally, Texas’ Early Learning Pathways gives examples of how parents/teachers/caregivers can support optimal development for young children for the first five years of life!
