Film Screening This Thursday

early learningThe University of Texas, Dallas is hosting a movie screening and panel discussion this Thursday evening. The Raising of America is a six-part documentary series examining the importance of early childhood development. It explores how a strong start for all our kids can lead to a healthier, stronger, and more equitable America. The screening on Thursday evening highlights one episode in the series, “Once Upon a Time: When Childcare for All Wasn’t Just a Fairytale.”

This screening is sponsored by the Center for Children and Families. The project is a joint partnership with the Texas Association for Infant Mental Health (TAIMH), United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Commit! Partnership, and TEDxSMU.
